  1. Shopify

Our webshop is built and hosted through Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products online, manage orders, process customer information and operate our webshop.

When you place an order or use our website, certain personal data is processed through Shopify. Shopify may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, Shopify uses appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

  1. Payments

We use Mollie to process payments in our webshop. Mollie may process personal data such as your name, payment method, payment status and transaction details. Mollie uses this data to securely process your payment and to comply with its own legal obligations.

We do not store full credit card or bank account details ourselves.

  1. Shipping and logistics

To deliver your order, we share the necessary personal data with our shipping and logistics partners. We use services such as DHL, PostNL and MyParcel.

We collect and display customer reviews through Judge.me. If you leave a review, we may process your name, email address, order information, review text, rating and any photos or other content you choose to provide.

We use reviews to show genuine customer experiences, improve our products and provide trust to future customers. We do not publish fake reviews and we do not edit reviews in a misleading way.

For regular business communication and customer service, we use Google/Gmail. If you contact us by email, we process your name, email address and the content of your message. We use this data to respond to your question or request and to keep a record of our communication where necessary.

  1. Invoicing, accounting and administration

For our invoicing, accounting and administration, we use Exact Online and work with Sensum Finance. We process and share personal data that is necessary for invoicing, financial administration, tax administration and compliance with legal obligations.

This may include your name, address, order details, invoice information and payment status. We are legally required to retain certain administrative data for the applicable statutory retention period.

  1. Analytics and advertising

We may use analytics and advertising tools, such as Shopify analytics, Google, Meta and TikTok, to understand how visitors use our website, improve our webshop and measure marketing performance.
