I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 3 - 7 business days for processing and production of your order before it is shipped.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our orders are shipped depending on the distribution center where the product is coming from.

Average delivery times to the Netherlands: 5 - 20 business days.

Average delivery times to international destinations: 17 - 45 business days.

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, etc.) that may cause delays in shipping. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be situations where our carriers experience delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking information is available once your product has been shipped. Each product may be shipped from different distribution centers worldwide, as our research team spends time sourcing high-quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to process the cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, please email info@hintecosmetics.com or contact us via our "Contact Us" page. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject "Cancel."
