Information Regarding Warranty & Returns

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult your carrier's website. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@hintecosmetics.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return provided the product has already been received back in good condition.

Warranty Terms

At HINTE COSMETICS, we strive for the highest quality in our perfumes. Therefore, we offer a warranty on our products. Below are the terms of our warranty.

Warranty Period: We offer a 14-day warranty from the date of purchase for all our perfumes. During this period, you can return the product if it does not meet your expectations.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than what is necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

Returning Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the perfume within the warranty period. Follow these steps:

2. Ensure that the product is in its original condition and has not been opened or used.

3. Return the product to the address you receive from us.

Reimbursement

Upon receipt of your return, we will process your request for a refund or replacement within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method.

Exceptions

Our warranty does not cover:

1. Products that have been opened or used.

2. Damage caused by improper use or careless handling of the product.

3. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Please Note

Only products in original, unopened packaging with the seal intact can be returned. Unless the product was damaged during shipment, otherwise you are not entitled to a refund.
